After your task is reviewed by our Quality Team, your task may be labeled as Needs Work. This means we’ve gone through your recordings and discovered one or more issues.
If your task Needs Work, you will receive an email from our team explaining what needs to be done to pass.
For example, recordings will be labeled as Needs Work if they have:
- Missing words
- Button press noises
- Incorrect pronunciations
- Background noise or static (if not requested in the task instructions)
- Low volume or distant-sounding speech
To complete the task, you will be asked to redo portions or all of your submission, as indicated.
Please note: Once your task is labeled as Needs Work, you have 72 hours to re-submit the task (unless otherwise specified by the Project Guidelines or email communication from our team). If you do not re-submit the task within 72 hours, your complete submission will be lost and you will not receive payment.
