Task eligibility
You are eligible for Robson tasks based on your profile information. For example, you may be matched to a task based on your language, location, age, and/or gender (or all of the above!).
Note: In some cases, we may ask for photo ID verification in the event that we need to confirm your profile details.
Task availability
While the number of available Robson tasks is always on the rise, there are still a limited number of Robson tasks available at any given time. Additionally, there are a limited number of participant spots available within each task.
Therefore, we do not guarantee that there will be Robson tasks available for you to complete at any given time.
To see the list of currently available tasks, log in to the app and check the My Tasks screen.
Why can’t I see any tasks?
If you don’t see a task right away, don’t worry!
As mentioned above, there are a limited number of tasks available and a limited number of spots for each task. We cannot guarantee there will always be tasks available for you to complete, but you will be notified via email if and when you are eligible for a new task.
When will I receive a new task?
When a new task is published that matches your profile, you will be notified by email. To make sure you are eligible for as many tasks as possible:
- Download the latest version of the Robson app
- Make sure your profile is up to date
- Make sure you’re using an email that you check frequently
