You can update your profile information at any time by logging in to the app and selecting “My profile.”
Acceptable reasons for updating profile information include:
- correcting a typo that was made when filling out your profile
- moving to a new city
- changing your preferred payment method
Please note that fraudulently altering your profile information in order to access different tasks is strictly prohibited. Any attempt at falsifying profile information will result in being removed from the Robson app.
Note: We may ask for photo ID verification in the event that we need to confirm your profile details.
