When your task is labeled as In Review, that means your submission is being reviewed by the Robson Quality Team.
This is to make sure that:
- You comply with the project’s eligibility requirements
- You follow the project instructions
- The recording quality is acceptable (for speech recording tasks). For example, no excessive background noise (unless specified in the task).
How long will my task be In Review?
Because our team manually reviews each submission, it can take up to 10 business days for a Robson task to be reviewed. This review process can vary depending on the length of the task, the number of other participant submissions, and the number of other active Robson tasks.
Before starting the task, make sure you read all the project instructions that specify the estimated duration of the review process.
What happens next?
After your task is reviewed, it will be labeled with one of three statuses:
- Needs Work
- Failed
- Passed
- Review Completed (transcription tasks only)
Please see each of the articles above for more information.
